I'm a hands-on person by nature — I never shy away from getting into the minute details when the job calls for it, and I'm just as comfortable zooming back out to see the full 360-degree picture. Engineer at heart, always curious about how something actually works underneath.

That curiosity doesn't stay at the office. I fix up cars and bikes when they need it, and motorcycles are where most of that instinct really goes — pulling one down to the frame, figuring out what's worn or broken, and rebuilding it better than it started.

There's a real satisfaction in taking something that was headed for the scrap heap and getting it running clean again. Riding is its own passion, too — whenever I get the chance to get out on two wheels, I take it.
